Charles Wyffels is a skilled craftsman in his field. He has installed hardwood flooring throughout 2 homes for me. Both floors were crafted with a high level of care with attention to detail.
The first home was a combination of
1. sanding and finishing the wooden floors we found under the carpets
2. installing decorative wooden trim around the fireplace
3. Installing an entry way wooden design.
He was expedient, professional, and the floors were absolutely beautiful.
For the second house, he helped us find the ideal wood for both the area (hot and dry) and for the design of our house (bamboo). He made sure that the wood was adjusted for our humidity prior to installing (preventing gaps and creaks). The light wood made the smaller home look larger.
Both homes have been complimented highly and were durable to our home full of people in shoes, dogs , and my zest for moving furniture around.
I would highly recommend Charles if you want a high quality floor that will look good, be installed correctly the first time, and will last. Given his level of skill and experience in this trade, it is also highly recommended that you give him some artistic reign to truly optimize your home.

Chaz installed new flooring in our living room and office/sewing room and we are very pleased. Our flooring not only looks good, it sounds good too. It has a nice solid sound.
The flooring around our fireplace mantel has jagged angles which required each piece of wood be cut separately. I am not sure anyone else could have mastered this issue as well as Chaz.
Chaz paid attention to all the big and little details. Not only that, he cleaned up after himself each day of work and never left a mess, which I appreciated!
We can recommend his work without any hesitation. Just know, Chaz keeps his word and the job will done right from the beginning through its completion.
